Gary Swart, CEO at oDesk, describes oDesk and its functionality and how it is useful to a business or individual.  oDesk is a trusted global marketplace for remote workteams. It is a place for people to hire, manage, and pay outsourced teams. In the mid 1990s people started outsourcing as response to Y2K crisis.  Now, companies are looking for "staff augmentation" as flexible, on-demand talent.  oDesk provides the platform to connect companies with individuals looking for work. Using the tools provided, Swart recommends oDesk users to be good managers already, with strong work processes and methods, to acheive the most productive outcome.  Interview conducted by Charter Member Elliott Ng of CNReviews.
